What is ChaletManager?
ChaletManager is a hosted software solution for controlling and managing all aspects of running a ski chalet business. Being hosted means that it is accessible from anywhere in the world, or multiple places for those with more than one office and also benefits from seamless updates without having to worry about having the latest version...you always will have it.

What other features are being developed?
There are always new modules in development and we welcome suggestions for new ones. Amongst others we have an updated mobile module, a larger finance module and some new ones we would rather like to surprise you with.
Why do I need ChaletManager?
We developed ChaletManager very closely with leading ski companies to create a system which is tailored to your exact requirements.
How much does it cost?
ChaletManager costs £0.79 ex vat per room per month for the Green package - £1.49 ex vat per room per month for the Blue version and £2.99 ex vat per room per month for the Red system. We accept all major credit cards in Euro, Sterling and US Dollars. Automatic monthly billing is the most efficient way to use ChaletManager. If you have a TVA number in France VAT is not applicable. If you have more than 50 rooms please contact us directly.
What if I run my properties sole-occupancy?
If you run your properties sole-occupancy you can just purchase one room per property and still use ChaletManager.
Who are ChaletManagerLimited?
ChaletManager is a trading name of ChaletManager Limited, a technology company specialising in high-end online applications. We were formally known as Embers Holdings Limited but changed our name on the 16th March 2016.
What happens to my data and system if ChaletManager go bust?
You can export all of your data at anytime from within ChaletManager. The exports are as Microsoft Excel files. Also we should point out that ChaletManager Limited operates debt free and has no loans or outstanding finance.
Is my data backed up?
Oh yes, very much so. Something that we pride ourselves on. The main servers are backed up daily.
How secure is my data?
Very! Our servers are protected by the best DigiCert SSL certificates and any offsite backups are kept in secure safes.
Will you use my client data for marketing purposes?
How can I pay my subscription?
Subscriptions are paid on a credit card using our secure WorldPay service. The subscription amount is taken each month on the same day that you originally signed up
Can I cancel at any time?
Subject to clause 8.7 of our terms of service ChaletManager is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You are billed every 30 days for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, you will be able to use the service until the last day of your current billing month, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
Who do I call if I need assistance?
Support is best handled via our support system located in the [Tools] tab of ChaletManager. This system instantly alerts our support team and ensures that one of our engineers is alerted immediately.
How much do I pay for support?
Support is free and offered via the support system within ChaletManager. This can be found in the [Tools] tab.
Can I bespoke the ChaletManager software so that it fits my working practices?
Absolutely. ChaletManager is very customisable. However, if you spot something that we don't currently offer let us know and we will add it to our development schedule.

What help do you give me to set up my ChaletManager account?
ChaletManager is very simple to use but we appreciate that sometimes getting started is the hardest part. So we offer telephone setup support for the first two weeks of your new account to help you with importing any guests or setting up your chalets. After this support is offered via the [Tools] tab support area.
What training do I receive in how to use ChaletManager?
We pride ourselves on the ease of use of ChaletManager, but each page has a help icon to guide you through the system.
How do I import my existing client & chalet data?
Simply export your existing data as a csv file and use our powerful import function to get going.
