| We worked closely with many leading chalet and resort owners to develop ChaletManager. Having a unique insight into the way multiple companys worked allowed us to design a more powerful application with a host of features that will benefit everybody. But it doesn't stop now, we are constantly developing new features that you will all benefit from and actively encourage suggestions for new modules.

We built ChaletManger as a modular application. This approach allows us to improve and update specific modules without any interruption to service and new modules can be seamlessly added in at any time.
ChaletManager has too many features to fully list them all, but here is an overview of some of the modules:
 Summary
In a glance you can see all the comings and goings across all of your chalets, who is arriving and departing, who needs picking up and from where. It will also alert you of the most urgent tasks of the day.

 Bookings
This powerful module controls the core of ChaletManager, linking together all of your data. Displaying confirmed and provisional bookings, the costs, expenses, ski passes, guests and transfers.

Chalet Calendars
Control all of your chalets and see at a glance any availability. You can also add images and descriptions of each individual room allowing for a more efficient sales process.

Guests
Your most important asset deserves a feature packed module. View previous booking history per guest and quickly view emergency information, or check on dietary requirements. All stored in one, fully secure, backed up place.

Finance/Expenses
Keep track of the prices you originally quoted, easily see when deposits were paid and any outstanding balances that are due. Also you can easily add additional expenses throughout the booking which are all added to a running total.

Transfers
Now you can rest assured that no party will be left stranded at the airport or station. Assign specific drivers to individual transfers, enter your own destinations and make sure that the child seats are booked.

Alerts
We all forget things sometimes. But not ChaletManager. You can add reminders to alert you a set amount of days before a booking starts. Things like when the deposit and balance are due, when you need the final transfer details and if ski passes are required.

Users
You might want several people to access ChaletManager. For example you might want everybody to be able to add expenses to a booking, but you don't want them all to see the finance. Or simply the transfer drivers don't need to see anything other than transfers. No problem.
