Make sure you're using an updated web browser.

Clear your browser's cache.

By clearing your browser's cache you will be able to properly display web pages and make sure you've got the latest version of a page.

Chrome

On a Mac

  1. In the Mac OS X menu bar, select "Chrome"
  2. Click "Clear Browsing Data…"
  3. Under the "Obliterate the following items from" select "the beginning of time"
  4. Select the check box for "Cached images and files"
  5. Click "Clear browsing data"
  6. Close the pop-up and reload chaletmanager.com

On a PC

  1. Click on the "Customise and control Google Chrome" button in the top right-hand corner of the browser which looks like
  2. Go to Tools → "Clear browsing data…"
  3. Under the "Obliterate the following items from" select "the beginning of time"
  4. Select the check box for "Cached images and files"
  5. Click "Clear browsing data"
  6. Close the pop-up and reload chaletmanager.com

Firefox

On a Mac

  1. In your browser's menu bar, go to History → "Clear Recent History…"
  2. Under "Time range to clear" select "Everything"
  3. Expand the "Details" section and check "Cache"
  4. Click the "Clear Now" button
  5. Reload chaletmanager.com

On a PC

  1. Click on "Firefox" in the top left-hand corner then go to History → "Clear Recent History…"
  2. Under "Time range to clear" select "Everything"
  3. Expand the "Details" section and check "Cache"
  4. Click the "Clear Now" button
  5. Reload chaletmanager.com

Safari

  1. In your browser's menu bar, go to History → "Clear History…"
  2. Click the "Clear" button
  3. Reload chaletmanager.com

If the problem persists, try clearing your cookies.

Cookies will help your browser remember login information and other details. If you are having problems login into ChaletManager then delete your cookies and this will reset your preferences.

Chrome

  3. At the bottom of the page click "Show advanced settings…"
  4. In the Privacy section click "Content settings…"
  5. In the Cookies section click "All cookies and data…"
  6. In the "Search cookies" box type chaletmanager.com
  7. For each entry found click on the "X" that appears on the right-hand side
  8. Close both pop-ups and reload chaletmanager.com

On a PC

  1. Click on the "Customise and control Google Chrome" button in the top right-hand corner of the browser which looks like

  2. Select the Privacy panel
  3. In the History section if "Firefox will" is set to "Remember History" click on the link "remove individual cookies"
  4. Or if "Firefox will" is set to "Use custom settings for history" click on "Show Cookies…"
  5. Search for cookies ending in chaletmanager.com.
  6. Select them and click "Remove Cookies"
  7. Close the Cookies panel and Privacy panel and reload chaletmanager.com

On a PC

  1. Click on "Firefox" in the top left-hand corner then go to Options → "Options"
  2. Select the Privacy panel
  3. In the History section if "Firefox will" is set to "Remember History" click on the link "remove individual cookies"

  5. Search for cookies ending in chaletmanager.com.
  6. Select them and click "Remove Cookies"

  2. Click "Preferences…"
  3. On the "Privacy" tab, click in the "Cookies and other website data" section on "Details…"
  4. Search for cookies ending in chaletmanager.com
  5. Select them and click "Remove"
  6. Click "Done"
  7. Close the Preferences panel
  8. Reload chaletmanager.com

Still having problems?

Can you browse other web sites? If you're having trouble accessing ChaletManager, try visiting Google or Apple before contacting us. If these sites fail, you may have a more serious connection issue — and possibly shouldn't be reading this page!

Assuming those web sites display correctly, it's time to verify whether other clients can access ChaletManager. To look into that, be sure to visit our twitter feed or Down For Everyone Or Just Me.

Seems to be just you? The best explanation could be a DNS issue. DNS servers figure out how internet domain names (like chaletmanager.com) map to their server IP addresses. Try switching to Google Public DNS or Open DNS to see if that resolves the issue.

Try a different browser. Extensions or other software may occasionally corrupt your browser, causing unexpected behaviour. Before making changes to your main browser, try accessing the internet with a different browser.
